Wage : $28.00-$32.00 per hour DOE.

Differentials : 1.50 per hour for eve shift, 1.00 per hour for noc shift, 2.40 per hour for weekend shifts (Friday noc shift through Sunday noc shift).

Full-time and Part-Time team members (over 20 hours / week)accrue PTO at rate of 0.0423 / hour during their first year.

As a Float Pool CNA at Prestige , you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care and assistance to our residents while maintaining a supportive and nurturing environment.

The CNA follows daily activities under the direction of a Licensed Nurse and works together with fellow team members to provide residents with a high-quality care experience.

The Float Pool CNA floats between Prestige locations to fill open shifts based on the high priority staffing needs. You are required to be flexible in this position and have the ability to be assigned to our highest priority locations in the state that you are licensed.

This is considered a resource position. In addition to the hourly wage, we offer mileage and lodging when necessary.

Needed Education & Experience to be a Float Pool CNA at Prestige :

  • An active CNA certificate in the state you wish to practice - multiple states preferred
  • A minimum of six months’ prior nursing assistant experience in long-term care required prior to traveling to multiple locations
  • A high school diploma or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in English, with residents, visitors, and staff.
