HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER - HOAMCO (Prescott, AZ)
HOAMCO has an immediate opening for an experienced Human Resources Manager. The HOAMCO culture is over 33 years in the making managing Homeowner Associations.
Overseeing more than 600 communities in six states. Our company base is diverse with a wide variety of job positions throughout different states with 700 employees.
This position will report to our COO and other Executive Staff. The department has a Payroll Manager and HR Recruiting staff in place.
This position will serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications to employees in a fast-paced environment and a back-up for processing our company payroll.

Qualifications :
- 5+ years of progressive leadership in Human Resources
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, FMLA, HIPAA, ADA, COBRA and Affirmative Action Programs
- Excellent employer-employee communication skills both verbal and written
- Professional demeanor and dependability
Job Responsibilities :
- Forefront with our executive team to understand and execute all aspects of employment
- Oversees and implements the talent acquisition process; recruitment, interviewing, and hiring, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles;
collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
- Responsible for processing all employee benefits
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits keeping HOAMCO current
- Creates development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities
- On-Boarding process, all aspects working with PayCor
- Implements operational procedures and job descriptions, policies that ensure strong structure
- Works in support of Department Managers to provide job descriptions, enrichment, performance and professional development
- Cultivates our HOAMCO company culture that promotes, rewards, and encourages strong personnel standards
- Oversees and / or conducts employee disciplinary interactions and terminations
- Maintains our compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Recommends best practices; reviews policies and procedures
