You may know that our popular Timbers Café has opened in a beautiful new space at The Mill Casino! It's not only the space that has expanded, the Timbers Café all day lunch and breakfast style menu has been enhanced to include a variety of tasty new items, including our specialty brick oven pizzas!

What Are We Looking For?
- Qualified candidates need to have at least one year of experience working in a high-volume kitchen OR equivalent training OR combination of training / work experience.
- A willingness to be trained in brick oven pizza technique.
- Steady work history highly preferred.
