Business Sales Consultant

Job Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join a growing human resources consulting firm.
In this role, you will be responsible for selling a comprehensive range of human resources and benefits services tailored to meet the diverse needs of businesses.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and build strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and networking.
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying and engaging prospective clients for PEO and HR services.
- Educate and consult with clients on the benefits and features of our services, helping them find tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong self-starter attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on progress.
- Stay organized and focused on tasks to ensure consistent performance and achievement of goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PEO sales or similar services.
- Strong background in sales with a proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is required; familiarity with Kronos Workforce Ready is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate and engage clients effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
