Business Sales Consultant

Location : Remote

Job Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join a growing human resources consulting firm.

In this role, you will be responsible for selling a comprehensive range of human resources and benefits services tailored to meet the diverse needs of businesses.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate leads and build strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and networking.
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying and engaging prospective clients for PEO and HR services.
  • Educate and consult with clients on the benefits and features of our services, helping them find tailored solutions.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong self-starter attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on progress.
  • Stay organized and focused on tasks to ensure consistent performance and achievement of goals.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in PEO sales or similar services.
  • Strong background in sales with a proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is required; familiarity with Kronos Workforce Ready is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate and engage clients effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
