Clinical Supervisor, Mental Health (MH)
Services Family Access Center is hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor for Mental Health Services in Western Iowa(Sioux City, Council Bluffs, and Spencer).
This supervisor will provide leadership and direct supervision for the Mental Health assessment and treatment services.
Requirements :
This position requires a Masters Degree in Social Work, Mental Health, or related field with a current independent license to practice in the state of Iowa.
Desired candidate will have two years of full-time experience in mental health, addiction, or co-occurring services.
Job Responsibilities :
- The Mental Health Services Clinical Supervisor position will encompass coordination and supervision of Mental Health Therapists with growth potential.
- Ensure delivery of services is performed according to the Family Access Center's mission, vision, service philosophy, regulatory requirements, contractual requirements, Iowa rules and statutes.
- Guiding mental health services and in accordance with all Family Access Center's policies, procedures, and defined guidelines.
- Provide individual and group supervision to the team to support the quality of services, case staffing, evidence-based practices, and therapist professional development.
- Serve on the management team and report to the organization’s CEO. The position will also be
- Require coordination and management of various activities related to organization-wide performance and quality improvement
- Including tracking / monitoring services provided for clients and referral agency, collecting, and analyzing data to improve overall outcomes
- Participation in other regulatory reviews.
- Provide some direct care services each week once trained on job duties.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, & Essential Functions Requirements :
- Experience with supervision, leadership, ASAM, and / or delivery of co-occurring addiction and mental health services is preferred.
- Requires on-call availability for support, coaching and consultation to support the team.
- Available to travel independently with valid driver’s license and registration to various service locations.
- Full-time exempt schedule Monday through Friday with at least one evening per week, with flexibility to meet the needs of staff, including on-call availability.
