Position Overview : We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager based in our Alexandria, Virginia HQ. Reporting to the Senior Director of Communications, the primary objective of this position is to increase the use of RBA tools, programs and services via marketing efforts including digital brochures, videos, infographics, social media, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
Sophisticated content-creation skills, an eye for high-impact graphic design, and attention to detail are crucial. This is a growing organization serving global members and we are looking for a proactive, self-motivated team player.
Scope of Responsibilities :
- Strategy Development : Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Campaign Management : Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Analytics and Reporting : Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Content Management : Oversee the creation of engaging content for digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and goals.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and maximizing ROI.
- Internal Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Increase the use of RBA tools, programs and services by expanding the channels and cadence of marketing communications to current and prospective members.
- Produce digital brochures, videos, infographics, social media posts, PowerPoint presentations, etc., using the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, and Audition.
- Promote trainings, meetings, conferences, and other events via social media, web banners, videos, email campaigns, etc. on a weekly basis.
- Approx. 5-10% Travel : Annual attendance at the RBA Annual Conference and possibly other events
- Other duties as assigned
Experience Required :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a marketing campaign management role
- Content creation experience across multiple mediums, including digital brochures, videos, infographics, social media, email campaigns, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
ideally using the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, and Audition
- Skilled in graphic design and video production, with at least 3-5 years of experience in both
- Proficient in modern marketing strategies and principles
- Experience managing integrated marketing efforts
- Proactive, self-motivated team player
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with high standards for work products
- Ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience Desired :
- Expertise in the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, and Audition
- Expertise with MailChimp for email campaigns and Hootsuite for social media management
- Product or program marketing experience, with 3-5 years of experience in either
- Industry or association experience
