Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Manage restaurant operations to enhance customer experiences.
- Supervise and train dining staff for exceptional service.
- Handle reservations and optimize seating arrangements.
- Ensure accuracy in order taking and transmission to the kitchen.
- Promote upselling and maintain a strong grasp of the menu.
- Resolve conflicts among staff and address customer concerns.
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient service.
- Maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.
- Provide leadership and guidance during peak hours.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems effectively.
