Desired Background :
- 3-5+ year's experience in employer-side labor and employment litigation
- Employment litigation experience required
- Wage and hour, discrimination, compensation, wrongful termination and collective bargaining / union experience preferred
- Collaborative attitude excels in teamwork but also autonomy
- Strong legal research, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
- Licensed to practice in Texas
