A company is looking for an Associate Director, US Revenue Planning & Accounting.Key Responsibilities Include : Performing balance sheet reconciliations for over 20 accounts related to gross to net accrual reservesMaintaining AR reconciliation between internal ERP system and 3PL AR Subledger, managing cash balance, payments, and deductions to AROwning and executing the month-end revenue close process activities, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and analysesRequired Qualifications, Training & Education : Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required, CPA or CMA preferredMinimum of 8-10 years accounting and finance experience, with a combination of public accounting and private pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experienceExperience working with a public traded company with strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX requirements, and SEC rules and regulationsProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Reporting Tools (Adaptive Insights preferred)Experience working with Market Access in accounting and finance is strongly preferred
