In this role you will :
- Configure, install, and upgrade computer systems' hardware and software
- Provide operational support for information systems and peripheral devices like servers, desktops, printers, and storage units
- Assist in designing, testing, and implementing operating system components and software tools
- Complete output within specific work areas meeting time and quality targets

The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with network configurations and basic understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
