Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Netsuite and NextService professional possessing strong business operations knowledge, and project management.

This is a high impact role that requires strong leadership and teamwork and the ability to understand business processes and needs from multiple teams and translating them into the configuration of the software.

This position will report to the CFO, and the ideal candidate will have a depth of experience managing ERP and MRP implementations within Netsuite or similar systems.

This position will have heavy travel to Monument, CO.

How You Will Make an Impact :

• You will be tasked to look at our current Netsuite processes / configuration and identify opportunities to leverage the existing system to drive automation and improve reporting capabilities.
• You will be responsible for managing ERP implementations across Prescott’s platform including identifying ongoing system optimization post go-live.
• You will have experience with developing scripts and customizations for NetSuite and NextService.
• You will have good communication skills, coordination, and planning across Prescott’s organization to understand business requirements including IT / IS, Finance & Accounting, Product Sales and CRM, Parts Services, Inventory Management, and Field Services.

What Skills You Will Bring :

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience with NetSuite
• Possess strong understanding of the overall NetSuite and match business requirements to the specific configurations of NetSuite and NextService
• 2+ years of relevant software development experience
• Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, SOAP, XML, JSON, and REST technologies
• Expert in Net Suite configuration, installation, design, scripting, and customization
• Familiar with basic accounting principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence decision making
• Posess a SuiteFoundation Certification with supporting Administrator Certification and / or SuiteCloud Developer Certification
• Ability to travel
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check
