Hybrid to the northern suburbs of Chicago, IL
Job Description :
- Manage deep dive review working sessions and follow-ups with stakeholders across HR.
- Establish and coordinate document review schedules with Compliance partners as needed.
- Assist with the long-term job aid documentation plan and manage the transition to the end-state.
- Update and maintain the master job aid inventory until HR transitions into a sustainable maintenance mode
- Convert all documentation to updated, streamlined formatting as needed (includes policies, procedures, and standards)
- Produce summary documentation and status updates for the Policy & Procedure workstream.
- Perform additional administrative tasks, attend team meetings, participate in training, and manage time-off.
