This Patient Services Representative Position Features :

Immediate need for an experienced Patient Services Representative at this prestigious medical organization. In this role, you will assist with the following front office duties :

• Schedule appointments for multiple physicians
• Process referrals and insurance authorizations
• Update demographics and verify insurance
• Create and update new charts in Epic
• Asist with additional administrative duties including answering phones when needed, faxing medical records and occasionally checked patients in and out

Requirements :

• 1-2 years of prior experience
• Experience with an EMR system-Epic preferred

Candidates with prior front office medical experience scheduling appointments and processing insurance authorizations will be given first consideration.
