We’re seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our team.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Rishon Lezion.
Responsibilities :
- Execute service activities on technical equipment, including installation, maintenance, and repairs.
- Maximize equipment performance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop skills through training on company products, serving as a technical resource.
- Manage administrative tasks, including documentation and expense claims.
- Stay updated on technological developments.
- Collaborate with sales teams to meet business needs.
- Comply with training and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate parts inventory records.
Requirements :
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Field service role with physical demands and specific equipment use.
- Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in English for training and technical documentation.
- Leadership qualities and project management skills.
- Driving Licence - Must.
