Our Account Manager know what our customer wants and deliver it fast, accurate, and with friendly service. We hear and sense customer needs and keep our manager and fellow team members informed.

Duties :
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using company procedures.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of needs.
- Meet customer requirements by providing personalized solutions.
- Assess customer business needs and exceed customer expectations
- Critical thinking skills to resolve incidents quickly and consistently
- Active listening skills and effective communication strategies
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience
- 0-3 year(s) work or internship experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player who can also produce independent results
