Patient Access Manager- Pre Hospital Services

We are currently hiring for a Full-Time Patient Access Manager- Pre Hospital Services to work day shift within our Patient Access Department.

Compensation Range :

$73000.00 - 117000.00 per year

Exempt

Compensation package is based on your specific qualifications for the role.

Requirements :

• CHAA certification required.
• Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology required.
• At least five years of experience in Precertification, Scheduling, and / or Registration.

Position Overview :

The Patient Access Manager Prior Authorization / Scheduling provides leadership and assumes delegated responsibility for oversight of day-to-day operations and assigned personnel within the Precertification and Scheduling functions.

This role supports the Director by using independent judgment and discretion to manage personnel, support positive staff relations, and ensure safe and efficient patient services while remaining budget-focused.

This position also acts as a service coordinator, change agent, and advocate for excellence in line with Aspen Valley Hospital’s Core Values.
