Rowe Solutions is seeking a skilled and creative Catering Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and managing high-volume catering services, ensuring the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for menu development, food preparation, kitchen management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute diverse, high-quality catering menus tailored to client needs and dietary restrictions.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen manager and operations team to optimize food costs and manage budgets.
- Ensure efficient time management to meet delivery schedules and event timelines.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications :
- Culinary degree or relevant experience as a chef, preferably in catering.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen management.
- Proven experience in high-volume food production.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
