Position : Technical Analysis & Compliance (TAC) Manager Application Period : 10 / 18 / 2024 10 / 31 / 2024Salary Range : Grade 11 - $75,938.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead with Purpose : Oversee the daily operations of the TAC section, guiding a team of professionals dedicated to analyzing and interpreting water quality and sustainability data.
  • Drive Sustainability : Manage projects focused on energy efficiency, renewable energy, pollution prevention, and workplace safety, ensuring our practices are sustainable and environmentally friendly.
  • Collaborate for Impact : Work closely with various departments to streamline processes and ensure efficient delivery of inter-departmental projects.
  • Innovate and Improve : Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring all work adheres to safety and approved procedures.
  • Engage and Educate : Provide technical assistance to internal teams and external customers, fostering a culture of environmental compliance and sustainability.
  • Stay Ahead : Keep abreast of the latest technologies and regulations in energy management, water quality, and environmental sustainability.

Qualifications :

  • Educational Background : A four-year degree in biological, environmental, or chemical sciences is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience : The ideal candidate will have eight to ten years of experience in supervising and managing staff, with a strong background in environmental sustainability and compliance.
  • Skills : Proficiency in complex data analysis, problem-solving, project management, and excellent communication skills.

Public speaking and advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential.

  • Team Player : Must be able to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate laterally and horizontally across the organization.
  • Special Requirements : A valid Driver’s License is required.
