Key Responsibilities :
- Lead with Purpose : Oversee the daily operations of the TAC section, guiding a team of professionals dedicated to analyzing and interpreting water quality and sustainability data.
- Drive Sustainability : Manage projects focused on energy efficiency, renewable energy, pollution prevention, and workplace safety, ensuring our practices are sustainable and environmentally friendly.
- Collaborate for Impact : Work closely with various departments to streamline processes and ensure efficient delivery of inter-departmental projects.
- Innovate and Improve : Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring all work adheres to safety and approved procedures.
- Engage and Educate : Provide technical assistance to internal teams and external customers, fostering a culture of environmental compliance and sustainability.
- Stay Ahead : Keep abreast of the latest technologies and regulations in energy management, water quality, and environmental sustainability.
Qualifications :
- Educational Background : A four-year degree in biological, environmental, or chemical sciences is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
- Experience : The ideal candidate will have eight to ten years of experience in supervising and managing staff, with a strong background in environmental sustainability and compliance.
- Skills : Proficiency in complex data analysis, problem-solving, project management, and excellent communication skills.
Public speaking and advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential.
- Team Player : Must be able to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate laterally and horizontally across the organization.
- Special Requirements : A valid Driver’s License is required.
