Job Description : Fincons Group is seeking a Senior UX Manager to join our team in Culver City. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and product specialists to design and develop a strategic sales planning system.
The ideal candidate will have experience in UX design and a strong ability to create intuitive, data-rich applications. Key Responsibilities : Design and develop user experiences for enterprise applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis. Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features.
Analyze user feedback and usage data to improve platform experiences. Champion human-centered design methodologies. Required Skills : 5+ years of UX design experience.
Strong background in designing data-rich applications. Proficiency in user research and usability testing. Experience with Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills : Experience in the media industry, post-production, or marketing.
Knowledge of enterprise applications and B2B platforms. Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
