Position Summary The Campaign Specialist will oversee end-to-end campaign strategies, from conception to analysis, spanning both digital marketing and event management domains.

Their responsibilities include leading the creation and execution of email and digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on segmentation, testing, and workflow optimization.

Additionally, they manage event strategy and all lead generation activities, ensuring seamless integration with overall marketing initiatives.

With a deep understanding of email marketing trends and best practices, they will collaborate across departments to maintain cohesive messaging and drive engagement.

Their role embodies a comprehensive approach to marketing, encompassing campaign planning, lead generation, and strategic analysis, all aimed at maximizing ROI and achieving organizational objectives.

Job Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end campaign strategies, focusing on execution of digital marketing initiatives. Lead the creation and execution of email and digital marketing campaigns, emphasizing segmentation, testing, and workflow optimization.

Manage all aspects of lead generation activities with a focus on moving contacts through their lifecycle stage. Design and implement comprehensive nurture campaigns across Centre’s main solutions.

Collaborate across departments to maintain cohesive messaging and drive engagement, leveraging a deep understanding of email marketing trends and best practices.

Coordinate campaign planning and strategic analysis to maximize ROI and achieve organizational objectives. Manage day to day CRM operations through HubSpot to ensure clean and operational database for all marketing activities.

Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or related roles.

Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B and / or technology environment.

Work Environment and Physical Demands Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential.
