The Role
We seek an experienced Senior Customer Experience (CX) Strategist with a foundation in inspiring innovative, customer-focused products, services and cross-channel brand experiences.

Responsibilities
- Scope Work : Craft proposals that skillfully articulate how our team will show up in new projects : timelines, processes, and outcomes.
- Design & Deploy CX Research : Lead generative ethnographic research initiatives to uncover deep insights into customer & staff behaviors, motivations, and pain points at enterprise altitude.
Synthesize findings to inform strategic decision-making.
- Inspire Customer Obsession : Provide actionable insights, opportunity spaces, and empathy models (CX personas, journeys, service blueprints) that offer consumable, context-specific design targets for our partners.
- Service & Business Design : Develop ideas into low-fidelity concepts, prototypes and business models rooted in customer needs and pain points that we’ll test with evaluative research.
- Provide Strategic Vision : Develop and articulate forward-thinking CX strategies, tactics and de-risked concepts aligned with the company's overarching goals and objectives.
- Practice Development : Continue to develop our team and build its value to the org through experimentation with new tools / processes and active contribution to team culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred
- 7+ years customer and / or digital strategy
- Experience deploying remote and field research studies, synthesizing actionable insights and using them to develop specific design targets
- Demonstrated achievement in applying customer mindsets to shape solutions that also benefit the business
- Storytelling chops that inspire and succinctly articulate business strategy
- Adept at remote facilitation & presentation design & lead workshops (e.g. alignment, ideation, prioritization) via online collaborative toolsets
- Nice to haves : visualization & mapping (e.g. journeys, service blueprinting, storyboards, video)concepting (e.g. high-level concepts and prototypes)market research : identify, source, and analyze data from available sources (primary and secondary), identify trends, and connect the dots to inform key business decisions quantitative research experience (market sizing, willingness-to-pay)experience in any of the following : marketing, retail, operations
