Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and possess excellent clinical skills.

Responsibilities :
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations to assess the oral health of patients.
- Diagnose and treat various dental conditions and diseases.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques through continuing education.
- Uphold the practice's standards of patient care, professionalism, and ethics.
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster positive patient relationships.
Requirements :
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active dental license in the state of Florida.
- Proven experience working as a dentist, preferably in a private practice setting.
- Proficiency in performing common dental procedures with precision and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Dedication to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Willingness to comply with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
