This is a hybrid position in Salt Lake City, UT.
General Job Duties :
- Analyze, design, evaluate, modify, test, and implement Salesforce systems across various functional areas.
- Develop test plans and protocols to assess system performance.
- Provide comprehensive Salesforce support, including administration, project scoping and management, access control, security, and system updates.
- Document processes and onboard new users as required.
- May require working non-standard hours to accommodate global time zones.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Certifications :
Salesforce Expertise :
- Proficient in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
- Experience with CPQ, FSL, and Experience Cloud.
- Skilled in Apex development (classes and triggers) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Custom User Interface development using Visualforce, Lightning pages, Aura Components, and LWC.
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs for integration with other organizational systems.
- Adherence to Salesforce best practices, including maintaining code documentation and writing / maintaining test classes for all custom development.
- Experience in managing release cycles for new applications, code updates, and existing code maintenance.
- Integration and maintenance of business applications with Salesforce, such as Adobe Sign.
- Knowledge of Custom Objects.
- Proven ability to lead and drive projects.
Project Management and Tools :
- Experience with project management and systems implementation methodologies.
- Proficiency in business tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
Helpful Skills and Knowledge :
- CPQ expertise.
- Boomi development and integration experience.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP products and productivity software.
Required Certifications :
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer-1.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 3 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 2 years of related experience.
