Position Summary : Develops, plans, and implements the marketing plan for the community and is responsible
for the overall census of the community
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Develops, plans, and implements the marketing plan for the community.
- Works with the Executive Director and Department Head to implement programs to enhance value of community to residents.
- Takes inquiries of community, educates inquiries about community, preforms follow-up of inquiries, resolves any concerns inquiry may have, and invites inquiry to move into community.
- Ensures a model room is always ready for a prospective resident or family member to view.
- Communicates with staff to prepare for touring a prospective resident.
- Trains all staff to be able to answer questions a prospective resident / family member may ask.
- Train staff on how to give a tour.
- Ensures community is tour ready at all times.

- Education and / or Experience :
- GED with marketing experience preferred.
- Language Skills :
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Mathematical Skills :
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
