We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our long term care facility. Competitive wages!
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility and keep the organization on track for its long-term goals and mission.
- Coordinate and provide leadership to each clinical, managerial, and custodial team, ensuring they work together effectively.
- Ensure the facility operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure residents’ individual care plans are followed.
- Create and maintain a budget.
- Oversee billing and set fees.
- Act as the face’ of the organization to the public and residents’ families, serving as a liaison between staff, residents, and families. What We Offer :

Requirements :
- Bachelor’s of Science degree from an accredited college or university.
- State licensure as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
- Master’s of Health Administration (MHA) or a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) in healthcare management (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare facility or related setting
