Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia team.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional anesthesia care in a variety of settings, working collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the safety and comfort of patients.

Responsibilities :
Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, or therapeutic procedures.
Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia to ensure their safety and well-being.
Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans based on patient assessments.
Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to evaluate patients and plan for anesthesia needs.
Adjust anesthesia levels during procedures as needed.
Provide post-anesthesia care, including pain management and patient education.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of anesthesia care and patient responses.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, standards of care, and legal regulations.
Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with best practices in anesthesia care.

Requirements :
Valid and current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
Licensed as a Registered Nurse within State of practice.
Masters or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Minimum of five (5) experience as a CRNA preferred.
Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and patient monitoring systems.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
