Key ResponsibilitiesManage and enhance provider VBIC programs across multiple care delivery organizationsCollaborate with IT and data teams to develop and enhance provider dashboardsDesign data tables, schemas, and visualizations for VBIC and data science developmentRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience with large databases, including health insurance claims databasesExperience with healthcare analytics, informatics, and population health conceptsSolid understanding of Medicare Advantage plans and value-based incentive programsProficiency in SQL, Excel, and PythonExperience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred
