Job Summary / Basic Functions
Will work in NFA 326 Quantity Food Production Lab (aka Café Burrier) and NFA 121 Food Preparation and Composition Labs. Assignments will include assisting with food preparation, plating of food for lunch service, maintenance of work space sanitation, and other duties as needed.
Candidates should have experience in food service.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be enrolled at EKU.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in food service is desired.
- Availability to work on Tuesday & Thursday when Cafe Burrier is in operation.
Job Duties :
- 50% - Assist with Food Preparation . - (Essential)
- 25% - Maintenance of workspace sanitation. - (Essential)
- 25% - Plating food for lunch service. - (Essential)
