Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to join a law firm in the east twin cities metro. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities :
- Manage loan files and post-closing documentation
- Develop Loan Closing Checklists and prepare loan documents
- Collect and review due diligence materials
- Conduct due diligence searches
- Oversee mortgage recordings and UCC filings
- Maintain knowledge of internal procedures
- Perform clerical tasks, including correspondence and mailing
Ideal Candidates Should Have :
- Prior law firm litigation experience in real estate, foreclosures, bankruptcy, and / or evictions
- State, federal, and / or bankruptcy efiling experience
- experience preparing loan documents
