Welcomes all guests at registration, checkout all guests in a professional manner. Assists in accurate completion of night audit processes, report packets and daily sales report.
Assists guests with amenity delivery as needed. Operates a multiple line switchboard and communicates with other departments via 2-way radio.

Assists guests with valet parking and amenity delivery as needed. Position pays between $18.00 / hour to $20.00 / hour based on experience
To gather and organize data generated throughout the day, while also providing exceptional service to guests.

Responsibilities : * Register guests in a timely manner. Ensure registration card is signed and a method of payment is provided.
Work and communicate with other departments to meet guests needs and requests to ensure the highest level of guest service.
Answer all telephone calls in 3 rings and utilizes proper scripted greeting. Maintain guest accounts by posting all charges and payments accurately.
Process deposits and all forms of payment according to resort policy.* Audit, balance and prepare, verify and report on room information to provide rooms management with a picture of how they are performing.
Prepare and input statistics and income journal sheets for preparation of daily reports.* Audit, balance and report on all food and beverage outlets (e.
g. restaurants, lounges, banquets, room service) cash and credit operations to include but not limited to checks, over / short figures / tally sheets, deposits, counts, house charges, promotional materials, postings, etc.
and reset all registers to ensure accurate, timely information.
Qualifications : * Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Excellent customer service skills are required. Must understand Microsoft Windows to include : Word, Excel Must have good knowledge of Opera Hotel Operating System.
Preferred Night Audit, Front Desk or Bank Teller experience. 1.Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken) 2.
Ability to give excellent customer service 3.Ability to handle crisis situations in calm & knowledgeable manner
