Job Description
Dialer - Appointment Scheduler - East Coast Hours
Pay is $20 / hr with the potential to earn monthly bonuses based on meeting set goals.
Bonuses and Incentives :
- Appointment Setting Bonuses : Earn bonuses for each candidate appointment scheduled and completed.
- Progressive Bonuses for Successful Hires : Receive progressive bonuses for leads that result in successful hires for Loan Officer or Branch Manager positions.

This role will provide vital recruiting support to the Divisional Leadership Team at both the Corporate and Branch levels.
The primary responsibilities include identifying recruits and efficiently managing daily calendars for candidate interactions with leaders.
Additionally, this individual will meticulously record and provide briefings to leaders before and after interviews for each assigned recruit.
This position will be expected to make a high volume of outbound calls daily. A lack of "Call Reluctance" is an absolute must in this role.
Top 3 Responsibilities and how you will be measured :
1. Research Recruits for Potential Hire
Measurement : Research 50-150 Loan Officers and Branch Managers per week
2. Call, Schedule, and Track Interviews Through Completion
Measurement : A minimum of 5 scheduled and completed interviews with the Divisional Leaders each week.
3. Notate Interview Conversations
Measurement : Notes are taken and updated post-interview for all recruits within the Summit CRM / Tracking system.
Essential Job Duties of the Position :
- Research recruits using available online resources.
- Arrange subsequent meetings with Divisional Leaders when applicable.
- Log and track follow-up on all recruits assigned within the Summit CRM / Tracking system.
- Attend regular meetings to discuss recruiting progress and supply feedback when needed.
- Call recruits and schedule initial appointments for Divisional Leaders.
- Notate phone and / or video conversations with recruits and Divisional Leaders.
- Collect data from recruits for onboarding once ready to move forward.
Qualifications
- Preference is for East Coast candidates, the ability to work an East Coast standard business schedule is required.
- 1 year or recent outbound call experience, cold calling, or tele-sales in a B2B or B2C environment preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in researching individuals on the internet and providing detailed feedback.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Candidates must reside within the USA to be eligible for remote work with Summit Funding.
