Membership Retention Agent

We have immediate opportunities for a Membership Retention Agent (MRA). This position is responsible for improving existing membership business retention.

The MRA will be provided with expired membership lead opportunities, required to resell brand benefits to achieve / exceed business retention targets, and will be rewarded based upon individual performance.

This is a full-time position located : AAA Corporate office- Coppell, Texas.

The average First Year Earnings for this Role is $55,000!

Responsibilities :

Retain AAA memberships through effective communication.

Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations.

Share product knowledge, service features and benefits.

Maintain a positive, professional, and productive store environment.

Upsell when appropriate; meet daily / weekly sales objectives.

Help increase customer acquisition and retention.

Build strong relationships with our customer's.

Required / Preferred Skills :

Ability to overcome objections and provide relevant membership benefits to encourage continuous membership business

Ability to multi-task and quickly provide solutions to various issues

A passion for helping people and exceeding their expectations

Attention to detail and service focus mentality

Strong communication both verbally and in writing, especially through e-mail and over the phone

Strong interpersonal skills

Good problem solving and prioritizing skills

Ability to effectively manage and resolve conflict

Attention to detail to prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
