Practicing and graduating residents in 2025 to be considered.

- 183-bed Level III Trauma Center
- 24-bed Open ICU
- No procedures, no codes
- Flexible block scheduling 7 on / 7 off (7a-7p)
- 4 physicians rounding daily; 1 physician covering nights

A successful candidate for HNI Healthcare possesses the following :
- Preference for real-time, data-driven clinical decision-making.
- Board certified, or board eligible, Internal Medicine MD or DO
- Current, unrestricted, Texas license to practice.
