Overview
Provides advice, ideas, documentation and strategies for the client's overall employee and physical organizational Safety needs.
Service is provided to, ASO, PEO and HRE clients. Provides leadership for those services that are common to ASO, PEO and HRE clients (, safety manuals, trainings, seminars, consulting, virtual inspections).
This also includes development of new and enhanced products and services related to employee and business safety and legal requirements.
Manages and directs all activities, work flow, client service and financial management of the Safety service for ASO and HRE clients.
Responsibilities Ensures the safety policies provided to the client are in compliance with state and federal regulations and HRS division standards.
Develops policies and procedures and approves exceptions to established procedures to assist with client retention. Develops and maintains a business plan directly related to company and division goals and ensures that appropriate action plans are in line with objectives.
Researches, develops, proposes and implements new products and product enhancements to add value and enhance sales and retention objectives.
Establishes and implements all policies and procedures relating to group work flow. Reviews group work flow to ensure quality service and sound client relations;
recommends improvements if necessary. Reviews the Safety and Loss Representative’s work flow and performance to maintain balance and optimize client service.
Conducts meetings with staff to provide ongoing support and problem resolution. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs to enhance communications with business partners and clients.
Recruits, selects, hires, and evaluates performance of personnel to ensure that all departmental needs are handled appropriately.
Counsels and develops staff for personal and corporate advancement through career development, training programs, and other resources.
Prepares the capital and operating budgets for the cost center(s) and analyzes interdepartmental reports as they relate to the cost center(s).
Achieves cost center projections through labor expense and administrative expense controls. Manages and develops departmental staff, including completing performance appraisals and delegating assignments.
Conducts staff meetings to communicate business unit accomplishments and expectations, provide ongoing support and problem resolution, and motivate personnel to promote teamwork and achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications Associate's Degree - Preferred 7 years of experience in Safety field. Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $67, - $106,200 annually.
Please remember that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
