Location : This position will be remote with onsite training. The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of Elevance Health PulsePoint : 3634 Maryland PKWY Las Vegs, NV

This position will have on-site training and you will require you to be in the Las Vegas, NV office.

As a Customer Care Representative, you will act as a trusted advisor and educator on healthcare-related inquiries, such as claims questions, helping find a doctor, and explaining benefits.

Ability to work from home with internet access and a quiet and private workspace.

  • M - F 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM PST
  • M - F 7 : 15 AM - 3 : 45 PM PST
  • M - F 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM PST
  • M - F 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM PST
  • M - F 8 : 15 AM - 4 : 45 PM PST
  • M - F 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM PST
  • M - F 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM PST
  • M - F 9 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM PST

Minimum Requirements :

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of the company’s experience in an automated customer service environment;

or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences :

  • A passion for serving others with the ability to be empathetic and the desire to go above and beyond to help resolve members’ questions at the first point of contact.
  • A customer advocate willing to listen and find creative solutions to address and resolve customers’ questions, issues, or concerns.
  • A composed individual able to multi-task, navigate multiple computer applications, and work efficiently while communicating and serving the customer.
  • Must have a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility to your teammates and our members, demonstrated by the simplest things like being on time and available to meet members’ needs, being accountable for commitments made to customers or others, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
  • Flexible and quick learner, willing to adapt to changing customer and business needs.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $18.26 to $22.82
