Work on a small, agile teamMap out and streamline user flows through various parts of InstapanelCollaborate with UX researchers and engineers through design sprints to implement featuresCollect metrics and talk to real people, and use that feedback to improve the experienceDevelop and maintain user stories, wireframes, specifications, and other design tools / documentationCommunicate with users to understand their needs and use that knowledge to drive the design processDesign for web-based products on desktop and mobileDesign with consumer-grade polish on an enterprise productOwn features from concept to releaseProvide a strong design voice in all product decisionsJob Requirements :
Designing for desktop and mobile webHelpful but Not Required Experience :
Knowledge of React or UI frameworksExperience with accessibility best practicesExperience with agile developmentExperience with FigmaWe Offer :
