Hancock Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, located close to the Quincy Center train station, is currently seeking Full Time / Part Time / Per-Diem RN / LPN Staff Nurses .

Requirements for RN / LPN Staff Nurse :
- Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- 1-2 years of experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
Job Duties of RN / LPN Staff Nurse :
- Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
- Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care
- Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
- Maintain safety of residents.
- Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
