Glazier Yee LLP is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for its growing St. Louis office. The qualified paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys in the management of complex cases throughout the litigation process.
Scope of Responsibilities :
- Docket and calendar important case deadlines;
- File and serve pleadings;
- Assist with factual investigation;
- Assist with document production;
- Assist attorneys with deposition and hearing preparation;
- Assist with preparation of reports to clients;
- Review, summarize and evaluate case records;
Qualifications :
- Knowledge of legal principles and practices at a level normally acquired through formal paralegal training and experience in a law firm;
- 2+ years of billable hour law firm experience preferred;
- Ability to work with multiple attorneys and complete tasks within required deadlines;
- Ability and willingness for occasional travel to assist attorneys;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Products;
Compensation and Benefits :
- This position is an in-person position at Glazier Yee LLP’s St. Louis County office;
