A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager who will be responsible for exceeding client expectations by supporting consumers on software and services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client site implementation and maintenance, ensuring updates and quality assurance
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client deliverables and provide training on system features
Drive continuous process improvements and mentor team members while managing client communications and issue resolutions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of direct client and / or associate / analyst experience preferred
2+ years of project management experience
Solid technical background with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality outcomes
