Structure Resources is seeking an Electrician Crew Leads and Foremen to join our high performing team.
We are looking for a strong leader who will perform and manage production of pre-manufactured electrical assemblies, alterations, additions, of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment within the residential, commercial, and industrial electrical industry in a manufacturing environment.
This includes : underground duct bank skids, modular electrical room equipment skids, overhead conduit racks, modular room kits and assemblies, power walls, and lighting.
As a lead fabricator, one of your primary responsibilities is to supervise and manage a team of electrical fabricators.
The ideal candidate will have :
- High school graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent studies / experience.
- 4+ years of manufacturing supervision of crews preferred and meets position requirements.
- Electrical experience preferred
Compensation : $25 - $35 / hour
