Job Description

23K Studios is searching for a versatile, well-rounded, creative designer. This position requires flexibility and adaptability across various projects and timelines.

You'll be a creative thinker who can produce well-organized, high-quality, error-free graphic content in digital, web, print, and occasionally video formats.

This position will work collaboratively with Project Managers and Creative Directors to create high-quality digital, video, and collateral assets for our high-tech and pharma customers.

The individual will report directly to the Creative Directors, Project Managers, Leadership, and Owner.

The ideal candidate must have at least 3-5+ years of design and agency experience with B2B clients, with a proven ability to seamlessly work on projects from concept to completion.

This person will be agile, a true team collaborator who takes proactive approaches and values relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Fortune 100 companies, specifically in the high-tech and pharma industries.

We also highly value designers with meticulous attention to detail who are problem solvers and won't think twice about researching ways to create the best solution to a design problem.

The ideal candidate must be able to take an established corporate brand and reinvent it to be used on the product or event level.

This person must balance compelling creative concepts with designs that help achieve our client's and 23K's business goals.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design high-end graphics and media across multiple platforms, including digital, social media, web, print, and video.
• Create a best-in-class customer experience and meet the needs of both our customers and 23K.
• Exceptionally skilled at image curation, visual storytelling, layout, form, typography, and color to create visual compositions using copy, photography, and / or animation.
• Lead, develop, and execute intelligent, creative solutions as well as maintain the uniqueness of a brand identity aesthetic
• Use of design, UX, and mockups to communicate new inspiring brand experiences and interactive assets
• Design and create visually compelling PowerPoint / Keynote presentations and print materials

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred
• Must have 3-5+ years of design and agency experience
• Must have a sound understanding of B2B creative marketing
• Must be open to a flexible hybrid schedule
• Must be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Must be proficient in PowerPoint / Keynote
• Experience with Figma is a plus, but not required
• Animation experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience in corporate event branding, design, and marketing is a plus
• Experience and / or knowledge of responsive design for the web and email is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal skills with an ability to tell a story through creative means
• Strong layout, composition, attention to detail, and organizational design skills
• Ability to perform well in a dynamic environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines
• MUST HAVE A RESUME AND PORTFOLIO IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED
• This position is currently a contract position that offers between 30 to 40hrs per week for the balance of 2024 with the possibility of being renewed or converted to a full time role in 2025.
