Description of the role :
The Automotive Service Advisor at Mills Auto Group will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to customers who bring in their vehicles for service or repair.
The individual in this role will act as a liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring that the customer's needs and concerns are addressed and that their vehicles are accurately diagnosed and repaired.
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and establish a positive working relationship
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Perform vehicle walk-arounds and inspections
- Provide customers with estimates and timelines for services and repairs
- Ensure accurate documentation of all service and repair work
- Communicate with the service department and technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Resolve any customer issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide post-service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements :
- Previous experience in automotive service or repair
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
- Valid driver's license
