The Training Partner, will be responsible for design, implement, and facilitate training programs for a designated Business Line in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous learning and development, as well as a deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.

As a Training Partner you'll utilize modern systems and concepts to deliver best in class service to FLSmidth employees. This role is based in Salt Lake City, UT.

and you’ll collaborate most often with fellow Leadership Business Partners, People Experience Partners and Senior Leaders across our different locations.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and implementing all the development programs of the global business line partnering.
• Promote training opportunities for the business in alignment with the leadership business partners.
• Responsible for developing, improving, maintaining, and implementing the Global onboarding program.
• Conduct harassment Develop the strategy and implement global programs related to specific global needs. e.g. project mgmt.

language, negotiation evaluation training part of onboarding.

What you bring

• 8 years or more of experience as a Training / Learning / Development Specialist or Bachelor in Business Administration, Engineering, and / or equivalent.
• Fluent / Native English, Spanish it's a plus
• Workday and / or other HR ERP. Advanced Excel, sense of urgency, reporting to different stakeholders across the global organization.

High level of networking, customer-oriented.
