Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Partner with the COO and other senior leaders to provide strategic HR insights and solutions.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Manage performance appraisal and salary review processes.
- Supervise day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and record-keeping.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and compliant HR reporting and analytics.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2 HR professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in a mid-sized company, preferably within the CPG industry.
- Experience in a family owned business, preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
