TheStaffing Coordinator is responsible for sourcing screening andrecommending candidates for clients. This role will build applicantpools establish trust and partnerships with company clientsidentify potential fit through effective interviewing and testingeffectively administer the interviewing and onboarding process andensure a positive new hireexperience.
DutiesandResponsibilities :
- Consultwith Branch Manager and Clients on position descriptionsrequisition creation compensation and sourcing strategies.
- Recruitand perform talent acquisition activities such as resume &phone screens candidate interviews recommend final selection ofapplicants and close qualifiedcandidates.
- Placeand update all job postings through various channels includinginternet / intranet sites colleges social networks community boardsand staffingpartners.
- Createjob order form maintain applicant tracking systems recruitingreports and other staffing administration functions as needed.
Arrange preemployment testing background & referencesscreenings.
- Assistswith the new hire onboarding process by ensuring new hires havecompleted all their new hire paperwork prior to starting and sendout information regarding their firstday.
- Researchand recommend new sources for active and passive candidaterecruiting.
- Attendsand participates in job fairs community activities and other publicand departmental recruitmentrelatedevents.
- Continuouslydevelop networks / partnerships to actively build a database / pipelineofcandidates.
- Positionmay require work responsibilities outside of normal businesshours.
- Performsother duties and responsibilities asassigned.
Qualifications :
- AssociatesDegree in Accounting Business Administration Human Resources orrelated field required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
- 23years of experience working in a talent acquisition preferably inthe staffingindustry.
- Strongunderstanding of staffing principles laws and procedures and asolid working knowledge of recruitment / employmentprograms.
- BiLingualin English and Spanish isrequired.
- Selfstarterwith excellent time management multitasking and organizationalskills. 11. Strong work ethic and sense of integritytrustworthiness and ability to maintain a high level ofconfidentiality
- Knowledgeof various recruiting techniques and experience in online / socialmedia recruiting. Knowledge of multilocation payroll andtaxes.
- Knowledgeof the payable management process specifically around invoiceprocessing / payments and customerservice / resolution
- Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
- Excellentinterpersonal and customer serviceskills.
- Excellentorganizational skills and attention todetail.
- Abilityto function well in a highpaced and at times stressfulenvironment.
- Proficientwith Microsoft Office Suite or relatedsoftware.
