Executive Director Santa Fe, New Mexico Santa Maria El Mirador (SMEM) is an intermediate care facility providing physical, emotional, and clinical support to adults with intellectual disabilities.
SMEM is a teaching, training, and therapy organization focusing on individual abilities. We offer residential services as well as community services, such as supportive employment in Santa Fe and Rio Arriba County.
SMEM is seeking an experienced highly motivated leader who is mission driven in the care of developmentally disabled individuals.
The Executive Director must have a proven track record in best practices, financial oversight, leadership, communication, and operational excellence.
Degreed in finance, business, healthcare, health, or education administration is preferred. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated executive administration experience with a strong background in knowledge of governance, healthcare regulations, and standards of practice.
SMEM offers a competitive compensation package, performance-based incentives, benefits and a base salary of $140,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
