Required Knowledge, Skillsets and Abilities Maintaining the billing system Generating invoices and account statements Performing account reconciliations Creating & maintaining accounts receivable files and records Producing monthly financial and management reports Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries Knowledgeable in internet security Assisting in general financial management and analysis Ability to prioritize and manage expectations Keen eye for detail Ability to work independently Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company Other projects and responsibilities as needed Preferred Education : Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related majors Experience : 3+ years in financial accounting with medium size corporations Skill Sets : Independent SAP experience, proficient in Excel (Pivot Table, Data Tools, and Dashboards) Other duties as assigned YCMT is an equal opportunity employer.
