A growing South Bay organization is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their team. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, the Staff Accountant will be responsible for reconciling bank accounts, P&L analysis, accruals, and AR reconciliations.
To be successful in this role, the Staff Accountant must be team-oriented and be able to work with a diverse group of people.

What do you need for this Staff Accountant role?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of US GAAP
What will you do in this Staff Accountant role?
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation
- Record prepaids, fixed and intangible assets, liabilities, and other accounts
- Maintain the general ledger
- Support month-end close
- Ad-hoc reporting
- Assist with process improvements
- Assist with special company projects
