Position Overview

Mobius Ventures is seeking experienced and highly skilled Startup Advisors to join our network. As a Startup Advisor, you will provide strategic guidance to early-stage founders, helping them navigate the challenges of scaling their businesses.

You will have the opportunity to advise on various operational aspects, including capital raising, product development, marketing, and management.

Compensation for your advisory services can be cash or equity-based, depending on the preference of the startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to startup founders on key operational and strategic areas, including but not limited to :
• Fundraising and investor relations
• Product development and market fit
• Sales and marketing strategy
• Human resources and team-building
• Financial and operational management
• Help founders develop actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
• Leverage your network to connect founders with potential investors, partners, or additional advisors.
• Act as a trusted mentor, offering guidance on scaling strategies, market entry, and growth optimization.
• Collaborate with the Mobius Ventures team to ensure founders have access to the best possible resources and networks.

Qualifications

• Experience : 3+ years of experience in finance, consulting, venture capital, or as a founder or advisor to startups.
• Track Record : A proven record of generating revenue, raising capital, or successfully exiting a company.
• Network : Highly connected in the startup ecosystem, with strong relationships with investors and other key players in the venture space.
• Advisory Focus : Expertise in one or more of the following areas :
• Capital raising
• Product development
• Sales & marketing
• Human resources
• Operations and management
• Finance and accounting
• Compensation : Open to cash or equity-based compensation depending on the startup's preference.
