What you’ll do :
- Campaign Management : Own the creation and execution of Paid Search strategies across platforms like Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Ads.
- Performance Oversight : Review all reporting metrics, analyzes and identifies performance drivers, and communicates account health through data storytelling
- Planning & Execution : Develop and execute Paid Search campaigns that align with business promotions and product offerings as well as drive to core KPIs.
- Trusted Advisor : Provide reliable, data supported, guidance and channel expertise to internal teams, ensuring confidence in forecasts and strategies.
- Operational Excellence : Ensure high-quality timely campaign execution
- Budgeting : Manage budgeting and forecasting on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Always On Testing : Create and execute ongoing testing plans for ad copy, landing pages, betas, etc
Who you are :
- Expert level SEM proficiency
- 3+ years of experience focused on high budget ($250K+ monthly) SEM channel management
- Hands on experience in campaign development, execution, and optimization across various search engines
- Demonstrated analytical skills, experience using Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker
- Experience with 3rd party management tools, preferably Search Ads 360
- Highly Proficient in Excel used specifically for pivot tables, vlookups, and data trend analysis
- Strong quantitative track record of driving business growth through performance marketing
- Previous experience in a subscription based / SaaS software company preferred
